Introduction

This policy explains what QuickArt collects, why, and what we will never do with it. We have written it to be read rather than skimmed past.

QuickArt is operated by Lumeta AI LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States, which is the company responsible for your information here. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. What We Collect

• Your Google account basics. Sign-in runs through Google, and we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• What you create. The prompts you write, the files you upload, and the results you generate.
• Your plan and payments. Which plan you are on and your billing history. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe — they never touch our servers and we could not show you your own card number if you asked.
• Technical signals. A randomly generated device identifier, plus hashed signals derived from your device, browser, and IP address. These exist to keep you logged in, deliver notifications to the right device, and stop one person from farming unlimited free accounts. They are not used to build an advertising profile of you, because we do not have advertising.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to run the service: to generate what you asked for, keep your creations available to you, handle billing, answer your emails, and prevent fraud and abuse.

What we do not do is at least as important:

• We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models — ours or anyone else’s.
• We do not sell your personal information or your content.
• We do not use your content or your data for advertising or marketing profiling.
• We do not read your private creations out of curiosity. Staff access is limited to what is needed to fix a problem you have reported, investigate a safety report, or comply with the law.

3. Photos of People

Some tools accept a photo of a person as a reference. Because that is sensitive, here is exactly what happens to one.

• It is stored with your other files, under an unguessable filename, and used to generate the result you asked for.
• It is sent to the AI provider that powers the tool you chose, because that is the only way the tool can work.
• Some tools automatically check whether an image contains a face at all, so that the right safeguards can be applied. That check records only whether a face appears to be present — not who it is.
• We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or face matching. We do not create face templates or “faceprints”, we do not compare your photo against any database, and we do not attempt to determine the identity of anyone in it.

If a photo of you has been uploaded to QuickArt without your agreement, write to [email protected]. You do not need an account. See section 4 of our Terms for how quickly we act.

4. Who We Share It With

We share the minimum necessary, with a small number of categories of company, and never for their own marketing purposes:

• The AI providers that generate your results. Your prompt and any files it needs are sent to whichever provider powers the tool you chose. Each has its own privacy policy, and your inputs are subject to it while they process your request.
• Infrastructure and storage providers that host the site and your files.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Email and notification services, so we can actually reach you.

We may also disclose information where the law genuinely requires it — a valid court order, a criminal investigation, or a credible risk to someone’s safety. Where we are allowed to tell you that it happened, we will.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you are in California, that means we have nothing for you to opt out of.

5. How Long We Keep It

Your creations stay available in “My Creations” so you can come back to them. They are stored under an unguessable filename, and you can delete any of them at any time.

Storage costs real money, so files do not stay for ever on every plan. These are the maximums, after which a file may be removed:

• Free accounts: uploads and results may be removed after 90 days. Large results (over 10 MB) may be removed after 24 hours.
• Paid plans: your files are kept for as long as your plan is active. On the Pro plan, very large results (over 100 MB) may be removed after 30 days.
• If a paid plan ends: your files get a fresh 90-day window from that date rather than disappearing immediately.

Your run history stays even when the media attached to it has expired, so you can still see what you made and with what settings.

If you delete something yourself, we remove it — including from any link you had shared previously, unless that file is still being used as an ingredient in another of your creations. Deleting your account starts a short grace period in case you change your mind, and then permanently removes your files and personal information. Copies can persist in encrypted backups for a limited period afterwards, and we keep the minimum required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Cookies and Device Storage

• Cookies keep you signed in during your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Device storage holds a randomly generated identifier so push notifications reach the right device and so a creation you started stays connected to the browser you started it in. It also helps us limit abuse of free accounts.
• For the AI Group Chat tool, which works without an account, the name you pick for the “group admin” is kept in your browser rather than tied to any account.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest route for deletion is your account settings, which does it immediately and without having to ask anyone.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights.

For anything that is not a button in your settings, email [email protected] and we will handle it within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you.

8. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections, unguessable filenames for your media, no passwords of our own to leak, and card details that never reach our servers.

No service can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities promptly rather than quietly.

9. Children

QuickArt is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and the service is not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have, we delete it and close the account. If you believe a child has created an account, please tell us at [email protected] and we will act on it.

10. Where You Live

QuickArt is available worldwide, and we aim to meet the standards of the strictest privacy laws that apply to us rather than the loosest — including the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU and UK, and the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Our servers are in the United States, and the AI providers that generate your results operate in a number of countries. Using QuickArt means your information will be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.
